Donvale is a large French provincial styled family residence. Our clients brief was to design something of opulence with a luxury resort ambience and preference for the classical aesthetic. The proposal utilises the site topography which falls considerably from the front to hte rear of the site, to inform the contemporary layout of the residence. From the front interface, the proposal presents as a single storey dwelling in complete contrast to the rear interface where it becomes double storey accessing a resort style tiered garden with infinity pool, engaging views to the tennis court and surrounding gardens. The sense of grandeur this proposal achieves internally and externally is a testament to Archiphor's abilities to deliver on client's ambitions architecturally, no matter the style, aesthetic or site challenges.
