Disraeli Street, Saint Albans is an 8 townhouse development, comprising of four 4- bedroom townhouses and four 3-bedroom townhouses. The site is a corner site which abuts a public reserve and has access to 2 street frontages. The design is contemporary in form and combines feature skillion roofs with flat roof forms. The combination of brickwork, rendered finishes, timber cladding, glass, and powder coat steel, further provides the design with a compositional contemporary style. The focus of this proposal is to provide larger more substantial dwellings which are proposed with great amenities, excellent natural lighting conditions, and adequate landscape provisions to maintain the prevalent urban qualities found with in its context. The relationship between the proposal and the public reserve enhances the human experience and promotes a sense of openness and spaciousness which was an important design consideration for this proposal.
