Pinnacle Crescent, Bulleen

Pinnacle Crescent, Bulleen is a pair of four bedroom contemporary dwellings situated on a corner site allotment.  Both dwellings are double storey with the first dwelling to the corner interface also incorporating a basement level working with the existing site topography.  The design comprises timber, powder coat steel, glass, and render finishes into a façade composition.  The proposal utilises simple geometric box like forms in an arrangement which plays with first floor cantilevers over recessed ground floor elements, creating juxtaposition between heavier elements on top and lighter wall and glazing elements below. The overall scale and appearance of the proposal is architecturally unique for its context.
