Janet Crescent, Bundoora is a pair of four bedroom double storey contemporary dwellings situated on a corner site allotment. The design features majority face brick work with steel, glass, and render finishes also incorporated into the façade composition. The proposal utilises feature gable end roof forms with pitch roofs at first floor and flat roofs with parapets at ground floor. The resultant architecture created is intended as a contemporary depiction of styles and features found within the site context thus evolving the proposal into something progressive but also well suited to its surrounds.
